How to Order Chemicals?

Enquiries of customers are welcome via e-mail or fax and they are answered within 2 - 24 hours. Orders are accepted only in writing, preferable by fax.

To order chemicals, it is firstly necessary to identify the desired compound. There are two ways for searching chemicals:

1) Online catalog.
Go to "Find Chemicals" page and search compound by name, part name, Molecular Formula, Chemazone code number, structure or substructure. After you have found the desired compound you will see detailed information about the specific compound. Click on the "Request" button and fill out the compound ordering form. After filling out the ordering form click on the "Send!" button. You enquiry will be sent to our managers, and we will answer your request ASAP.

For example:
You are looking for indole carboxylic acid. Go to the "Find Chemicals" page and type "indole carboxylic acid" in the text search field. Click the "Go" button. Wait a few seconds and you will see the following text: "Fill out required field and click the "Send!" button. You will then receive our quotation within 2-24 hours.

2) Offline Catalog.
This service is available only for registered users. If you are a new user, please register your organization in order to get your password (send e-mail to chemrequest [at] chemazone [dot] com with subject titled: "need a password").

Go to the "Download Chemazone Catalog" page.
1) Type in your password.
2) Download our database in the preferred format.
3) Search for the desired compound.
Send us the catalog number for you desired compound. You will then receive our quotation within 2-24 hours.
